UV DREAM — DIY CUSTOM SHOP S/S T-Shirt

Every UV DREAM starts as a heavyweight garment-dyed blank — 5.5 oz 100% ring-spun cotton, soft-washed and pre-shrunk, with the broken-in feel garment dye gives from day one. In the 1910 Workshop we hand mask the stripes and spray them with SolarFast, a light-reactive dye that cures in direct sunlight. Then we screen print the artwork over the top by hand.

It ships to you raw. The first wash is yours — and it's the last step of the process. Wash it alone, and the SolarFast releases into the fabric, softening the stripes into the overdyed wash you see in the first photo. How much it bleeds depends on how hard the sun was hitting and how long we let it cure that day. We don't control it. Neither do you. That's the point.

No two exposures. No two washes. No two shirts.

• Stripes hand masked + sprayed with Jacquard SolarFast, cured in direct California sun
• Art screen printed by hand over the sun-dyed stripes
• First wash: alone, by you — this creates the final overdyed effect
• Oversized unisex fit, side seamed — boxy, true streetwear drape
• Self-fabric shoulder-to-shoulder neck tape — clean, reinforced collar that holds its shape
• Double-needle sleeve and bottom hem, woven locker loop, tear-away label
• Garment dyed base — shade variation is built in, not a flaw
• Small batch. Made weekly, to order, in the 1910 Workshop.

Final wash effect varies piece to piece. That's by design.
