Refund policy

1910 has a 30-day return policy, which means your item(s) is / are only eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@9teenten.com, please make sure to include your order number in the subject line of your email. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A $5 restocking fee will also apply for each accepted for return. Items that don't qualify for a return will not be returned to the sender unless additional shipping is paid for.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Please email customerservice@9teenten.com  with your reason for exchange in your order number, will determine if your order is in fact eligible for an exchange and if so will process a return shipping label. Once your item is received and determined it is in like new condition we will then process a new order for you and ship out the item that needs to be exchanged.

Please note that all exchanges must be requested with in 7 days of receiving your product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
